Bowie's Best Training Tracks
Today the world lost one its most prolific and gifted artists: David Bowie. The Man Who Sold The World, Aladdin Sane, Ziggy Stardust, The Thin White Duke: no matter what you call him, he's got a place in our hearts and minds as a cultural milestone and the man behind some of the best music in the past 50 years.

Celebrating someone like that, honoring the contribution someone like David Bowie has made to our lives, both individually and collectively is probably impossible to do in any one setting, but appreciating his music and talent is a good place to start. And what better way to appreciate his music than to listen while training today, tomorrow, and forever? Here are some of my favorite Bowie workout songs as well as a full playlist of Bowie's best training tracks:

Rebel Rebel

"Rebel Rebel, you've torn your dress/Rebel Rebel, your face is a mess"

Fame

"Is it any wonder you are too cool to fool?"

Oh! You Pretty Things

"Oh! You pretty things, don't you know you're driving your mamas and papas insane?"

China Girl

"I hear her heart's beating loud as thunder"

A good workout song will give you something to groove to, to move to, something to sing along to between intervals or sets, or even something to dance to in the middle of your session and Bowie was a master at making music that did just that. Get your groove on, lift some weights, and get out of breath listening to master himself by checking out this playlist of our favorite Bowie Training Tracks:
