Location- Cartagena, Colombia. Temperature- STILL HOT. Athletes made their way into the training hall this afternoon, and the 96 degree temperature got things warmed up real quick.



Team USA is in good shape, but as Sean Waxman pointed out, “At the end of the day it doesn’t matter how we look here. It matters how you look when the bell rings when you go out there.” The bell rings today at 9am. A preliminary schedule may be found here.

Assuming the preliminary schedule stands as is, Kelly Rexroad Williams and Kathleen Winters will be the first lifters to take the platform from the US.
