Predicting The 2017 CrossFit Games Regional Events
Armen predicts the 2017 CrossFit Games Regionals Individual Workouts!
While we do know the 2017 CrossFit Games Regional Individual events will include a weight vest, we don't know exactly what the events will be. It's never too late to put together some predictions though! Here is my wishlist of events for the 2017 Regionals:
Day 1
Event 1 -
Clean & Jerk Ladder
9 clean & jerks (225/155)
7 clean & jerks (275/180)
5 clean & jerks (295/195)
3 clean & jerks (315/210)
1 clean & jerk (335/225)
Event 2 -
21-15-9-3 reps for time:
strict deficit handstand push ups (4"/2")
weighted pistols (53/35)
triple unders
Event 3 -
8-6-4 reps for time:
rope climbs
alternating dumbbell squat snatch (120/75)
Event 4 -
For time:
1-mile run
50 chest to bar pull ups
100 hand release push ups
150 squats
1-mile run
Men wear a 20lb weight vest, women wear a 14lb weightvest
Day 3
Events 5 & 6 -
For time:
30 overhead squats (155/105)
25 box jump overs (30/24)
20 power cleans (205/155)
15 toes to bar
10 strict muscle ups
15 toes to bar
20 power cleans (205/155)
25 box jump overs (30/24)
30 overhead squats (155/105)
Event 5 and 6 run back to back with no breaks in between. Event 5 is the time it takes to complete the overhead squats through 5 strict muscle ups. Event 6 is the time it takes to complete the remaining 5 strict muscle ups through the overhead squats.

15 thrusters (135/95)
3 peg board ascents
