Cam Pernich recently hit a 400lb clean & jerk. He's going to Games on the Verdant CrossFit team and if this is any indication, he's got a bright future ahead of him as a competitor. Now if only we can work on that song playing in the background...
Kenny Leverich is a magician and hilarious. For proof, I present to you the "Matrix Snatch". I think even better than the lift itself is his amazing sound effect. There's too much perfect going on here so quit being so precious, Kenny.
In case you didn't know, I'm currently on a sweet roadtrip around the nation to visit the top teams competing at the Games and I got a chance to work out with a true clydesdale of a human being, Tommy Hackenbruck. We did exactly what you'd expect a big strong dude and Tommy Hackenbruck to do: 70 minutes of straight cardio. It was hellish fun. Can't wait to share the final product with all you once the documentary series is completed.
