Last month at the IWF Grand Prix in Fuzhou, China Anthony Pomponio hit a 190kg clean & jerk, a 5kg. Pomp is an up and coming lifter who's really made some huge gains since starting to train out of the OTC and his future as an American 85 is looking bright and this lift is just an example of how he's improving and where he's headed.

During the competition his lift got three white lights, but the jury just overturned the lift and took it away from him. Check it out and let us know what you think:

He's clearly ready to hit this soon! His numbers have really gone up while lifting out of the OTC, he is probably going to hit a 345-350 total in the very near future.
