FloElite is LIVE at the AWF Grand Open and NorCal Masters this weekend.
FloElite is LIVE at none one, but TWO, great Weightlifting and Elite Fitness events this weekend. Action kicks off Saturday at 10am and rolls through Sunday evening.
Jon North and the All-World Weightlifting Federation are back–this time in the Big Easy!
The 2nd Annual AWF Grand Open, presented by Move Fast Lift Heavy, will take place on Saturday, January 30, from 10AM-4PM at CrossFit NOLA 504 in New Orleans, LA (540 N Cortez St). For the second year in a row, all the action will be live-streamed on FloElite.com, thus allowing anyone in the world to tune in for some badass weightlifting.
The All-World Weightlifting Federation was created by Jon North to inspire more competition and opportunity in the sport of weightlifting. If you ever attend an AWF event, you’ll notice that the music is loud, lifters are encouraged to slam bars, and the announcing gets you fired up! Last year, we got to witness an epic snatch battle between Jon North and Pat Mendes. What's in store for 2016?

The NorCal Masters 2016 will take place on Saturday, January 30 and Sunday, January 31 at the Craneway Pavilion in Richmond, CA. (1414 Harbour Way South). For the first time, all the action will be live-streamed on FloElite.com.
The two-day fitness competition has become one of the largest and most successful 40-plus throwdowns in the world. True to the selfless ethos of CrossFit, a portion of ticket sales will go to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital via Juggling for Jude, the official event charity.
