The Super Bowl is upon us and what better way to earn all the paleo dip, BBQ, and beers than to make your Super Bowl party into a Super Bowl Fitness Party?
Dan Bailey and Dave Castro did a version of this during last year's Super Bowl, but since it's a whole year later and we're all certainly fitter, we're going to up the ante a bit. You can play alone or with a group, but I'd suggest having at least one other person there you can play with as it'll make both this game and the Big Game that much better.
The general idea is you pick a team and do stuff when they do stuff. The stuff you do will depend on what type and how much stuff they do. Get it? Good! Here are the rules, let me know how it goes:

- passing and rushing touchdowns = 1 burpee per yard (+10 burpees for a 2 point conversion)
- field goal = 1 squat per yard
- first down = 8 hand release push ups
- interception, blocked field goal = 10 2-count jumping lunges (so 20 total)
- sack = 8 pistols
- defensive/special teams touchdowns = 15 handstand push ups
