You could say "Wes Kitts is pretty strong," except that would be like saying "the Earth is round" or "Empire is the best Star Wars movie": only the uninitiated would disagree. A more accurate statement would be "Wes Kitts is mutant strong."

It's pretty sweet to see over-the-top taunts from WWF showing up in CrossFit, although I never would have guessed it would be a chick telling a 260lb barbell to "suck it".

Paused squats suck. Remember "Bring Sally Up"? Sam Dancer's got no time to play around, so he went full HAM on this pause squat, holding 315 for 2 minutes before nonchalantly standing up with it. If that were me, you'd have to scrape my spine off the floor after I collapsed under it. Luckily it wasn't me!
