This weekend FloElite will be live streaming the 2016 USA Weightlifting Masters Nationals, featuring men and women above the age of 35. Expect some incredibly inspiring weightlifting from the likes of Olympian Chad Vaughn and 84-year-old Howard Cohen.

Considering he's one of the few American Olympians in the sport of weightlifting, Chad Vaughn doesn't need to prove himself as a talented and disciplined lifter anymore. That said, he's still got the competitive fire inside him and will be throwing down at the Masters Nationals.
