Annie Thorisdottir and CrossFit Reykjavík 1 were named WOW Throwdown Champions this afternoon after the 2-day competition held in Kopavogur, Iceland. In the final workout, the 8 highest ranked teams endured a spicy chipper of back squats (175/285lbs), burpee box jumpovers, S2OH (120/175lbs), cleans (165/240lbs), and muscle ups.

CrossFit Reykjavik 1 was made up of Annie Thorisdottir, Anna Hulda Olafsdottir, Jakobina Jonsdottir, Þrostur Olason, Hinrik Ingi Oskarsson, and Frederik Egidius.

Crossfit Sport 1 and CrossFit XY 1 finished 2nd and 3rd respectively.

Sara Sigmundsdottir competed with team Crossfit Sudurnes 1, which finished in 7th place. Bjorgvin Gudmundsson competed with team Crossfit Hengill, which finished in 9th place.
