The first workout is here (for real this time- no vague images or ambiguous phrases).

Event 1:
Time cap: 11 minutes
  • 10 squat snatches (185/135 lb.), by 2:00
  • 8 squat snatches (205/145 lb.), by 4:00
  • 6 squat snatches (225/155 lb.), by 6:00
  • 4 squat snatches (245/165 lb.), by 8:00
  • 2 squat snatches (265/175 lb.), by 11:00
Athletes will move through squat snatches (power snatches are not allowed) with reps decreasing as weight increases. However, the set number of snatches must be completed in the time allowed. Similar to what we saw in 16.2, athletes do no need to wait for the clock to advance, they may advance to the next weight as soon as the reps are completed. An athlete's score will be the total number of reps completed before their time cap. The tie-breaker will be the time to complete the last fully completed segment (i.e. all reps of required weight were completed).
