10 rounds for time, in teams of 2:
  • ​12 Z press
  • 10 overhead barbell sit ups
  • 8 floor press

*Z press is a seated barbell press named after Zydrunas Savickas
*start light, use a weight you can do all 20 reps unbroken
*alternate rounds with your partner
