World records seem to run in the Hall family: Eddie Hall's brother James Hall has set a new world record on the 1000m row ski erg with a time of 2:49.7.

James Hall is a rugby player who is currently injured but clearly has a ton of capacity. While his rugby career is on hold, he's showing off some pretty impressive feats of conditioning like 8x300m ski:
