All Levels

Run 1,200m 

*1 minute on 4 minutes off. 

Use an Assault AirRunner, TrueForm Runner, Woodway Runner, or track.

With 1 minute of work followed by 4 minutes of rest, your goal is to sprint as hard as possible for as long as possible.
