CrossFit is about having the general physical preparedness to take on just about any task, so what's it like when two of the fittest people on earth try out something new? 

CrossFit Games athletes Sara Sigmundsdottir and Bjorgvin Karl Gudmundsson met up with UFC star Gunnar Nelson and MMA fighter Sunna Davidsdottir to learn what the MMA game is all about.

The MMA pros took our fitness pros through simple striking, kicking, and grappling steps. Both athletes took the lessons on pretty well, with compliments from the MMA pros on their power and quickness in picking up new skills.
