Elite W AMRAP Legless Rope Climb

Athletes have 7:00 minutes to complete as many legless rope climbs as they can. It is not permitted to use the rig as aid, and athletes cannot support themselves on their legs at any point. Since its inception in 2008, the All-Cities Open has been one of the premiere tests of fitness in the South Central Region. In its 6th year, the All-Cities Open competition is taking place in the heart of Dallas, Texas.
