Christian Lucero's rookie year at the Games saw him finish in 18th place overall with a stellar performance in the one of the toughest events, The Separator. After the MIA Classic in Miami, I tagged along with him to Soul to see what a training day is like. He ended up doing Helen followed by some supersets with tempo squats and pulls.
