We already know the individual Regional events, and this afternoon CrossFit HQ has released the team events.

Event 1


In pairs, stations of:
  • 60 strict HSPU
  • 20 synchronized bar muscle-ups
  • 30/20-calorie row (each)
  • 30/20-calorie bike (each)
  • 60 power cleans (135/95)
Order: FF, MM, MF
Time cap: 20 min.


Event 2


Males only:
  • 5-5-5 snatches (185lbs)
  • 4-4-4 snatches (205lbs)
  • 3-3-3 snatches (225lbs)
  • 2-2-2 snatches (245lbs)
  • 1-1-1 snatches (265lbs)
Time cap: 10 min.

Event 3


Females only:
  • 5-5-5 snatches (135lbs)
  • 4-4-4 snatches (145lbs)
  • 3-3-3 snatches (155lbs)
  • 2-2-2 snatches (165lbs)
  • 1-1-1 snatches (175lbs)
Time cap: 10 min.

  • 60 overhead squats (105lbs) w/ pull-up hang
  • 100 GHD sit-ups w/ deadlift hold (315lbs)

Males only:

  • 60 overhead squats (155lbs) w/ pull-up hang
  • 100 GHD sit-ups w/ deadlift hold (405lbs)

45 reps of:
  • Partner deadlifts (420lbs loaded unevenly)
  • Synchronized burpees
Male-Female Pair 2:
27-18 reps of:
  • Partner deadlifts (420lbs loaded unevenly)

21-15-9 reps of:
  • Partner deadlifts (420lbs loaded unevenly)
