Dave Castro said tonight at the athlete dinner. "So you can leave and go to sleep, so we can meet tomorrow morning in the lobby at 3:30am." He added.
Aside from the 3:30 AM wake up call Castro gave the athletes, he also released details of six team events and two individual events.

TEAM EVENTS
Team Event 1 ("Team Murph")
- For time:
- 1,800-meter run with litter
- 100 Worm push presses
- 300 chest-to-bar pull-ups
- 100 Worm squats
- 1,800-meter run with litter
Team Events 3 & 4 ("Triple Deadlift")
- For time:
- 21-15-9 reps for time of:
- Deadlifts
- Synchronized burpees
- 100-ft. handstand walk (each round)
- 21-15-9 reps for time of:
- Event 3: MMM
- Event 4: FFF
Team Event 5 ("Climbing Worm")
- 9-21-21-9 reps for time of:
- Worm clean and jerks
- Rope ascents
- 2 ropes per team
