Workout 1
10 minute AMRAP:- 7 deadlifts
- Elite/Rx = 225/155
- Masters = 185/135
- Scaled = 135/115
- 40 double unders
- Scaled = single unders
Workout 2
5 minutes:- Wall balls
- Men = 60 wall balls (20# to 10' target)
- Women = 50 wall balls (14# to 10' target)
- Max calorie row
