After the log clean and press for reps, the Strongest Woman in the World contest continued with the yoke carry. Lightweight, middleweight and heavyweight competitors carried 400-, 470-, or 570-pound yokes, respectively, across a distance of 80 feet with a 60-second time limit.
Rebecca Roberts kicked things off for the middleweights with a very fast time of 10.68, which held until Kaitlin Burgess from Texas stormed 80 feet in 10.21 to take the lead and move into third overall. Dani Schwalbe was the last to go after winning event one. She continued her dominant performance with another event win in a time of 10.11, which left her with 18 points after two event wins and a five-point lead over second-place Ingalls.

Lightweights
Rachel Pyron was true to her usual form in the yoke with a fast time of 10.43. It held up for her second event win in a row, which helped her move into first place after two events. Jessica Kite was just behind her with a time of 11.01 for two straight second-place finishes. Hoffheins had a bit of a bobble midway on the run, which could have cost her the win, but she finished strong in third with a time of 11.62 to stay in second overall with half a point over Kite.

Heavyweights
The yoke proved tough for a lot of the open competitors at 570lbs. Rader stumbled a bit out of the start, but salvaged her run in 18.55 seconds, which was good enough for first place until Britteny Cornelius and Brooke Sousa went head to head. It was a close race, but Cornelius edged out Sousa with a run of about 10 seconds for her second straight event win.Photo Credit: Dani Schwalbe Instagram (@dlschwabs)
