- Each team will have a 70# ball and a 100# ball.
- At the start of the workout, both balls will be picked up and held above the waist and below the shoulder. The balls must remain off the floor until the associated work set is completed.
- If the balls touch the ground before the associated work set is completed the team will incur a 10 sync burpee penalty to be performed immediately.
- Once the work set is complete the team will proceed to the D Ball over shoulder.
- Women will use the 70# ball. Men will use the 100# ball.
- Both balls can be in motion at the same time.
- The bar work can be completed by any athlete. Only one athlete on the bar at a time.
