Sheila Barden & Cole Sager Return To WZA!
Cole Sager and Sheila Barden will be competing at Wodapalooza 2017!
And let the games begin! With Wodapalooza just a month away, we're now starting to get some news on who we can expect to see throwing down in beautiful Miami. Just today, WZA has announced two superstars on the start list: Cole Sager and Sheila Barden.

Cole Sager started CrossFit with one goal: win the CrossFit Games. Each year he's competed, he's gotten closer and closer to that goal. In 2016, after a stressful and very close qualification, Sager showed up to the Games and willed his way to fifth overall, his best finish yet. Working with Ben Bergeron has Sager on one of the most successful teams in competitive CrossFit and Wodapalooza 2017 is a fantastic chance for us to see how Sager's off season has treated him.
Sheila Barden barely missed qualifying for the 2015 Games and hit the gym hard to make her way back to the big show. She won the Central Regional in 2016 and showed up at the Games ready to throw down. While her 2016 Games performance wasn't exactly what she was looking for, she was able to put up a fantastic 6th place finish in Murph. With the 2017 Games season just around the corner, Barden has all eyes in the Central Region on her and a target on her back. Will she be able to tune up at WZA enough to make a solid impact on her 2017 season? We'll find out in Miami!
