“That moment when you pull a WORLD RECORD deadlift 462kg and @Schwarzenegger is cheering you on. PRICELESS!”
Englishman Eddie Hall etched his name among the strongman greats last weekend, when he shattered a deadlift world record at the The Arnold Classic Australia, held in Brunswick. With Arnold Schwarzenegger cheering him on (a victory in itself), Hall deadlifted 1,1018 pounds, setting a hell of a new record.
Given his resumé, it’s not surprising that Hall was able to perform such a feat- he’s no stranger to international competition, or podium finishes.
