Two-time Olympic Champion Leonid Zhabotinsky has passed away at the age of 77. He won the Gold at the 1964 Tokyo and 1968 Mexico City Olympic Games, memorably beating out countryman Yuri Vlasov at the '64 Games.


Zhabotinsky held several World Records including a 185.5kg/409lb snatch, a 220kg/485lb clean & jerk, and a 201.5kg/444lb clean & press.
