A. Power

Every 2 minutes for 20 minutes:
  • ​Round 1- 1 clean
  • Round 2- 2 cleans
  • Round 3- 3 cleans
  • Round 4- 4 cleans
  • Round 5- 5 cleans
*On round 6, start over with 1 clean and work your way back up again. Use 70-75% of your 1-rep max.

AMRAP 12 minutes:
  • 2 wall balls (20/14)
  • 2 box jumps (24/20)
  • 4 wall balls
