With the static strength events out of the date we now get into the events that test the quickness of the athletes while moving with weights the Athletes carried a 900lb Super Yoke shaped like an arch down 45 feet until the front crossed the line, quickly turned around and returned back. The athletes blistered the course with Oberst setting the first time to beat with a very fast 17.08 seconds, DeVaughn, Pritchett, Felix, all managed with Nick Best taking the event win with a very quick 15.35 seconds.
