A true test of cardio and mental toughness, the heat has been zapping the athletes of energy all day and now they have to carry two sandbags and four kegs (weighing 250lbs each) 45 feet down, load them over a yoke, run back, and do it again. 

Benzel put up an impressive time of 39.5 seconds, which the other athletes failed to match until the last heat. Best vs. DeVaughn, They both were flying but it was hometown favorite DeVaughn who was able to knock off Benzel with a time of 37.314 while Best took third in the event with 43.27.
