Every 3 minutes for 4 rounds:
  • 5 snatches
*Warm up through the first round, use the same moderate weight across the last three rounds

B. Conditioning

AMRAP 16 minutes:
  • 12 front squats (100% of snatch weight from Power)
  • 12 burpees
*Sprint hard, rest 45 seconds after each round
