A. Strength

Rack pull from below the knee, 3x3

*Use 80-85% of your max deadlift

B. Conditioning

AMRAP 10 minutes:
  • 1 med ball clean (20/14)
  • 1 med ball jumping lunge (2-count)
*Ascending ladder (1/1, 2/2, 3/3, 4/4, etc.)
*2-count: one rep left + one rep right = 1 rep
