The ring handstand push ups haven't been seen in CrossFit competitions since making their debut at the 2010 CrossFit Games. Until now, that is:

With a very vague description of "2016 CrossFit Games Individual Athletes," Castro has made it clear to expect this movement. Dan Bailey's demo of the advanced gymnastics movement looks very different from the last time we saw it show up:


Gone are the arched back and leg assists. Instead, Bailey keeps a strong neutral position the whole time and finishes with his head in line with his shoulders, similar to the existing HSPU standards.
