A. Strength

2 rounds for quality:
  • 5 back squats +
  • 3 back squats +
  • 1 back squat
*Start with 5 heavy squats, add weight then immediately do 3 squats, add even more weight, then do 1 squat. Rest as needed. Repeat.

B. Conditioning

For time:
  • 600m run
  • 40 kettlebell squat clean thrusters, left (53/35)
  • 600m run
  • 40 kettlebell squat clean thrusters, right (53/35)
