Going into the day Tia-Clair Toomey sat in first, with reigning Fittest Woman on Earth Katrin Davidsdottir behind her in second. After three quick Events 11, 12 and 13 Davidsdottir will go into the final event in first with Toomey behind her in second.
Katrin Davidsdottir was helped off the field after the The Plow, but didn't appear to be holding on to anything to imply injury was the issue. She left with a smile and it can be assumed she just exerted herself too far.
Alethea Boon was not able to compete and withdrew from the remainder of the competition, but she did take to social media with a positive attitude.

Handstand Walk
On the handstand walk, Emily Bridgers won the first heat, but a smooth and unbroken 280ft. handstand walk by Davidsdottir would make Bridgers' score good for a fourth place finish in the event. Bridgers sits in 30th overall. Toomey finished the handstand walk with a 17th place finish, resulting in ground needing to be made up if she wanted to reclaim her first place spot on the leaderboard.Suicide Sprint
With Toomey's track background it was no surprise she took the event win, knocking out the time to beat set by Alea Helmick in the first heat. Helmick finished the event in second, and sits in 24th overall. Davidsdottir finished the sprint in 10th place, giving up her momentary grasp on the first place position. Brooke Wells also has a track background. She finished the event in 9th and sits in fifth overall on the leaderboard going into the final event. The Plow
It was another day on the farm for Emily Abbott. After a premature victory celebration by Becca Voigt, Abbott took the lead and the win in the first heat. Coming into the event, Toomey only had a one point lead on Davidsdottir, so her performance was crucial. Davidsdottir and Lauren Fisher led early. Davidsdottir remained relaxed throughout the event, knocked out the time to beat set by Abbott, and took back the first place lead over Toomey. Toomey finished the event in sixth, and sits 11 points behind Davidsdottir.Katrin Davidsdottir was helped off the field after the The Plow, but didn't appear to be holding on to anything to imply injury was the issue.
