We gave you the need-to-know rundown about the 2016 Cascade Classic Qualifier, but the day is finally here. Week 1 has been released. 

Workout 1
10 minute AMRAP:
  • ​7 deadlifts
    • Elite/Rx = 225/155
    • Masters = 185/135
    • Scaled = 135/115
  • 40 double unders
    • Scaled = single unders
Deadlift weight increases each round. Men increase 20#, women increase 10#.

Workout 2
5 minutes:
  • Wall balls
    • Men = 60 wall balls (20# to 10' target)
    • Women = 50 wall balls (14# to 10' target)
  • Max calorie row
Score is calories rowed.
