  • 2 snatch balances
*Practice moving aggressively and quickly

B. Conditioning

AMRAP 7 minutes:
  • Dumbbell snatches (70/50)
*Every time you stop, hold plank for 30 seconds

Rest 3 minutes

AMRAP 7 minutes:
  • ​One-arm dumbbell thrusters (70/50)
*Every time you switch sides, hold 15 second L hang
