During the Strongest Woman in the World contest's keg load event, competitors had 75 seconds to carry five kegs 10 feet and load them onto a platform.
The middleweights featured an insanely close race between Liefa Ingalls and Kimberly Lawrance. The Arnold champion pulled ahead of Ingalls on the last keg for the first event win of the day. The last heat of the day featured Kaitlin Burgess and current leader Dani Schwalbe. Burgess came out at a phenomenal pace and did not let up. She finished the event in 52.43 seconds with a huge roar to celebrate getting third. Schwalbe looked somewhat human for the first time as she finished fourth with a time of 59.76, which cut her lead to three points. Ingalls followed in second with 21 points. Lawrance and Burgess tied for third with 19.5 points.

Lightweights (140-pound kegs)
Jessica Kite came on strong and won in a time of 57.2 seconds to move into first place overall with 27 points. Hoffheins was right behind her with a time of 58.19 seconds to finish second overall and just half a point behind Kite. Catherine Medeiros had her best finish of the day, and took third with a time of 59.17. Pyron dropped to third overall with 24.5 points for sixth in the kegs.
Middleweights (165-pound kegs)

Carrying five 200-kegs across any distance is a huge task for anyone--even for the strongest women in the world. Britteny Cornelius continued her winning streak by loading four kegs in a time of 59.74 seconds, while Brooke Sousa was right on her heels as the only other athlete to to finish four kegs; she recorded a time of 71.07.
