A. Strength

Every 3 minutes for 5 rounds:
  • 5 deadlifts
  • 4 deadlifts
  • 3 deadlifts
  • 2 deadlifts
  • 1 deadlift
*First round is set of five, second is a set of four, etc. Start with a heavy five and end with a heavy one.

B. Conditioning

AMRAP 12 minutes:
  • 4 broad jumps (6'/4')
  • 8 push ups
  • 12 kettlebell goblet lunges (53/35)
