A. Strength

EMOM 14 minutes:
  • Odd- 5 strict pull ups
  • Even - 30 second active hang

B. Conditioning

AMRAP 15 minutes:
  • 200m run
  • 15 one-handed kettlebell swings (53/35)
  • 10 burpees
*Rest 1 minute between rounds
