A. Skill/Strength

EMOM 12 minutes:
  • Odd- 20 sec. handstand hold + 8 push ups
  • Even- 3 back squats
*Use 70-75% of your one-rep max squat

B. Conditioning

AMRAP 10 minutes:
  • 30 sec. L hang
  • 20 kettlebell swings (70/53, Russian)
  • 10 burpees
