Just a couple days ago, we were trying to wrap our heads around WZA event 1 "Assault on Fran." Now that we've barely gotten there, the friendly team at Wodapalooza wants you to know that bodyweight specialists are welcome to play along at WZA as well:

WZA Event 2 - Climb. Jump. Walk.

For time:
  • ​5 rope climbs
  • 50 double unders
  • 50' handstand walk
  • 4 rope climbs
  • 50 double unders
  • 50' handstand walk
  • 3 rope climbs
  • 50 double unders
  • 50' handstand walk
  • 2 rope climbs
  • 50 double unders
  • 50' handstand walk
  • 1 rope climb
  • 50 double unders
  • 50' handstand walk
There's a 12 minute cap on this workout.

The team version of the event is 30 rope climbs, 600 double unders, and 300' of handstand walk. We don't have any details on the various scales of this workout for the other divisions. Compared to the first workout, this workout is very much an upper body bodyweight challenge which should be a welcome sight for the smaller folks compared to the big & tall favorable Assault Bike.
