Rogue Fitness Equipment Approved For USA Weightlifting Events
USA Weightlifting's Board of Directors approves Rogue Fitness equipment for use in USA Weightlifting events.
The USA Weightlifting Board of Directors came to a unanimous decision on Monday to approve Rogue Fitness equipment for use in national USA Weightlifting events.
USA Weightlifting CEO Phil Andrews had nothing but positive remarks when asked about Rogue Fitness and its involvement with the governing body.
"The organization has developed an outstanding and progressive relationship with Rogue Fitness over the last few months," Andrews said in a statement. "The bold step taken to advance them to the most important area of our events speaks about the quality of the provision they make to Olympic Weightlifting."

Rogue could be presenting its equipment as early as late July at the American Open Series II in Miami, Florida. Though Rogue is still waiting on its certification from the International Weightlifting Federation (IWF), the use of Rogue equipment "will not have any affect on qualifications for IWF events," according to USA Weightlifting.
