The Dubai Fitness Championship is one of the biggest off-season competitions in the competitive exercise world. It attracts the biggest talent outside of the CrossFit Games, usually has the most volume of events outside of the Games, and also offers the biggest prize package outside of the Games.

This year's Online Qualifier just officially wrapped up and we've got two very familiar names in the top spots: Alex Vigneault and Annie Thorisdottir.

Alex Vigneault was on the path to qualifying for the 2017 CrossFit Games before hurting his pec and dropping out of regionals. It's great to see a guy with his talent and strength healthy and back in the hunt.

Annie Thorisdottir has won the Games twice and just took third at the 2017 CrossFit Games. While she's battled some injuries in the past, she's looking ready to take on all challengers at the 2017 Dubai Fitness Championship!
