If you're a fan of Brent Fikowski (and seriously, how could you not be?), then it's very likely that one of your favorite things about the Games season is Fikowski's Trash Talk Thursdays. The Professor just took to Instagram to announce the lineup for the 2018 edition.

Brent Fikowski will be joined by Travis Williams, Jason Carroll, Mitch Barnard, and Joe Scali for the 2018 Trash Talk Thursdays and didn't even wait until the start of the Open to kick it off right.

Travis Williams: former fat kid, turned his life around with fitness, made the games, quit individual because he’s tired of getting beat.

Jason Carroll: Survivor of the OC Throwdown hurdle event, & I promised him he could sit at the cool kid table if he made the Games… so here we are.

Mitch Barnard: Probably could have made the Games if he wasn’t so good at blowing up. Now he’s a lawyer billing more hours in a week then you pretend to work in a month. He wanted to see if he’s still got it, we’re about to find out.

Joe Scali: Janitor at his wife’s gym. 6.5 who thinks he’s a 10. Former games athlete, emphasis on former. Shoulders of glass. Heart of a snake. Abs of a starving addict.

The rules work like this: each Monday before the Open announcement the crew will decide the humiliating punishment that week's loser (the athlete with the worst score on their first attempt) will have to take on the following week.

Fikowski has a bit of an advantage here with the whole "second fittest man on Earth" thing, but all five of those men are badasses in their own right (and Jason Carroll looks like Tom Hanks so there's that).
