2 minutes handstand/inversion practice
2 minutes pull up practice
*play around with variation of each movement, including shoulder taps, kipping and strict movements, one handed versions, etc.
B. Conditioning:
For time:
75 push ups
300m farmers carry (2x53/2x35)
75 weighted sit ups (25/15)
300m front rack kb carry
