NorCal Masters Recap
TJ's Gym was the host of one of the bigger Masters Fitness competitions in the country. The 2016 NorCal Masters was a two day event that tested athletes over the age of 40 in all aspects of their fitness. The level of competition was high as several of the competitors who were in the building had experience at the CrossFit Games. The energy that was coming from those participating as well as everyone who was there cheering their favorite athlete on was contagious throughout the building as well as to anyone who watched the webcast live here on FloElite.com. Replays are available for anyone who missed the event or for anyone in attendance or watching that would like to see it again.
