The CrossFit Games Open announcements haven't always been live. When the Open launched in 2011, the workouts were revealed in back-to-back years by explanation videos that included footage of badass athletes hitting each event and setting the score to beat.

Charis Chan Suspended From Games

Charis Chan has been suspended from CrossFit competition. CrossFit, Inc. was "informed and believes that Charis Chan failed a drug test at the American Open Weightlifting Championships," and even though Chan's case is still being handled and hasn't been sanctioned by USA Weightlifting, CrossFit has suspended her from further competing in the current CrossFit Games season.
